bug: "file already exists"; resume action doesn't survive FileZilla restart

The resume action - that can be changed in the "file already exists" dialog - doesn't survive a FileZilla restart.

I'd like FileZilla to *always* pick up a download where it stopped, but that is only working for the current session.

That's intentional. For permanent settings please have a look at the settings dialog.
