Irritation prompts on Apply to current queue only

Hello!
What is the problem:
When you download bigger structure of files, FZ has to index all downloads.
At first, prompt appears to decide on behaviour of how existing files will be handled.
Main problem this decision applies only to "current queue" instead of whole download job.
So let's say there are 2000 files to download. FZ added 100 to queue and I click "apply to current queue only" it applies to 100 files instead of all 2000.
I realize it's how it's designed, but maybe it would be possible to set this decision to "Operation" instead of "Current queue".
