I am using FileZilla Pro under macOS 10.14.4.
On the local side, for one subfolder (Projects) no files are showing up. Directory structure is fine.
On the Desktop both files and directory structure are fine.
Any suggestions how to make the files visible again? No file filters activated.

If you got it from the Apple App Store, you need to grant FileZilla permissions to access your files. All programs obtained through the App Store are sandboxed. You can grant permission through the Directory Access Permissions dialog. you can find in the Edit menu of FileZilla.
