Cannot upload my new files as Last Modified Date reads 07/07/2017

I cannot upload my new files and jpegs as my FileZilla Last Modified Date is locked in 07/07/2017. Please see attached image showing the FileZilla programme showing the wrong last modified date as: 07/07/2017. My recent modified fils made in MicrosoftFrontPage normally show up straight away once saved but last Thursday the last modified date wrongly read as: 07/07/2017. How can I fix this problem?

If you right-click into the white space right of the displayed file list and select "Open", what are the timestamps in the opened Explorer window showing?

MS Frontpage is an extremely old and outdated software, it has never been updated properly for modern operating systems. As a consequence, it gets applied all kinds of operating system compatibility settings and shims.

Thus, it might not save files into the directory it shows (filesystem redirection), but elsewhere ("https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Acco ... l#Features"). FileZilla will show the correct directory, which may contain outdated files (from the time before the compatibility setting had been applied).

Could FrontPage be writing to the Desktop directory for all users instead of your desktop directory? If so, FrontPage is not manifested with Vista support and thus write requests to protected system directories are redirected to the VirtualStore.

Have a look for your files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore
