Filezilla sometimes error/stuck

Hello, lets see if someone can guide me to this problem.
Sometimes, when im modifing any file, and i save it, and it uploads, it get stuck in the queue, sometimes at 100% and after 2 or 3 minuts its, complete satisfactory, or fail. (the files are normally small)
And normally you try it again, and is normally fixing, but is annoying for example to make 1 letter modification in any file with your notepad, then you save it and you need to wait 3 minuts for try to see if your modification is bringing forward your work.
Sometimes it show a error in the console, other times dont.

Dont judge the whole problem due the error of the next picture, sometimes shows another error, or nothing just get stuck.

Is there any reason for use to use Active (PORT) mode? It's very firewall-unfriendly. Using Passive mode is recommended.
