Lost directory

Last week something happened and we lost the directory that we download/uploaded our files to. It happens to be on another server so when i try to create a new bookmark for it it says "Error: Directory /\eldoradodb01\d$\LabInterfaces: no such file or directory". It then sets my local site to my local PC, can someone please help?!?

Please elaborate, what are you trying to do? Also note that FileZilla does not support transfers between servers, only server -> local and local -> server.
