Server Reconnect menu option unavailable after update

After updating from v3.33.0 to 3.35.2 the menu option Server>Reconnect is greyed out and therefore unavailable. The software has been stable for several years and no other changes have been recently made. I normally apply each version update as it becomes available with no problems but have been away - hence the gap between versions. I have reverted to my previous version and it works again but produces an error on startup (see attached) Any ideas?

The error you get is because downgrading is not supported. On updating, structures and settings files might be updated and thus incompatible to old versions. Additionally, any version but the latest doesn't receive any support (except with updating to the latest).

Thanks for the advice. I have resolved the problem now.
