We've recently discovered that we have not received certain upload files.
To make a long story short, we would send a claims batch to the middleman and the middleman would either pass the claims along to the payer or reject them. What has been happening is that we have only received a .txt file, not the .277 files they say we should have received for the rejections. This has been going on since March.
I called our middleman and they said that they did send the files along and to contact FileZilla regarding this issue.
I have never used the filters and I always made sure the files successfully transferred before deleting them from the server.
I was wondering what steps I should follow to receive these .277 files?
Need help with FileZilla Client? Something does not work as expected? In this forum you may find an answer.
