URL's of files suddenly not working

#1 Post by jvjames » 2018-09-10 08:53

Hi all,

Since a long time ago I upload images with Filezilla for my emails adding the URLs of the images in the HTML of each email. Today the images suddenly stopped working and do not display and looks broken in the emails and when I search the URLs it says:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the requested URL the following error was encountered:

Invalid Hostname
Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

Name is unknown

Everything is exactly the same, the server, the remote site, etc. I have the latest version of Filezilla.

Thanks in advance.

Has your domain expired?

You seem to be experiencing DNS problems, with the configured DNS servers being unable to resolve your hostname. In case of an non-expired domain, those issues are usually temporary.
