insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS

Filezilla was working fine with no issues I went to back up my MC server files just like I have in the past and now it won't let me and I get the message insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS. I've googled tried everything that has been posted and nothing is working. If anyone has any clue on how to fix the issue please let me know. Thanx!!

When you get the warning dialog informing about the server not supporting FTP over TLS, you are free to simply continue at your own leisure. You won't be any more insecure (nor any more secure) than in the past.

If it after confirming the warning still doesn't continue, please post a Log

This is what I get after checking the box to proceed


Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER (deleted this out after pasted)
Response: 331 Username ok, send password.
Command: PASS ****************
Response: 530 Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

That means incorrect username and/or password, or the server changed in a way to no longer accept them.
