Bug in 3.37.0 [SOLVED]

Hello,

last stable version (3.37.0) contains bug. Before version (3.36.0) working OK.

Same problem on Windows and Linux (Ubuntu 18.04)

This must be your AV scanner's doing, holding the local file hostage.

I haven't on linux any AV scanner.
If I on Windows downgrade to version 3.36.0, then working all OK.
I can on Windows disable AV, but same problem.

Version 3.37.1 working all OK on Windows and Linux.
