ECONNRESET issue

#1 Post by gregD » 2018-10-04 09:00

Hi,

Thank you for your work and for participating in this forum.
I've looked at different forum response already about the ECONNRESET issue. No luck.
I'm using a home 4G router (HUAWEI B315 LTE CPE). I tried turning off its firewall. Still not working.

Any idea ? I feel that's the router that's causing the problem but what settings to change?

Any help much appreciated.
Thank you.

There is a malicious firewall on your end of the connection, possibly forced upon you by your ISP, that injects fake replies.

I just found out what's happening.

My phone operator doesn't allow secure FTP, only plain FTP.
That's not good but at least was able to transfer some data changing the secure FTP option in Filezilla to plain FTP in the site manager under Encryption option.

Your phone operator does this so that he can sniff your password, steal your files and inject advertisement into any websites you might upload.
