Hi,
I work on a MacBook Pro 2017. Linksys Velop mesh router with the right ports enabled. I use a static IP dress.
I have a PTZ dome IP camera just outside at my front door. In it is a SD-card which I format every week. Since sometime (not sure if it is related to the latest Mac OS Mojave), every time I try to connect to the camera, the server refuses connection.
I made a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rpoba4luqtty7 ... 5.png?dl=0

I followed the instructions from the configuration wizard several times. No solution there.

I don't know what to do next. I'm out of options. Could someone please give me some support here?

Greetings,
Pat

I'm having problems accessing that file. Please attach it directly to this thread.

There does not appear to be a working server at that address and port.

Thanks for replying. It's a IP-camera with a SD card which I want to format every week. The camera operates. How could I determine the cause of the problem?

If the camera is at the front door, it should be integrated into your LAN. In that case, from within the LAN, use its LAN IP to access it.

The term "LAN" contains both the wired and wireless components. WLAN is still LAN. The cam got a private IP address, which you need to use. Due to the way NAT works, the public IP will most probably not work.

To clear confusion: The server is inside the camera? Is it enabled?
