Cannot connect "Data connection could not be established" (split topic)

Hi,
I'm having the same issue trying to connect to the server.
this is the error message:

I have tested using the online FTP tester and it went through fine, I have called support and it went through for them.
I'm using a MacBook Pro- is there a way to fix this issue?

If it works using https://ftptest.net/ it means that there's a firewall on your end of the connection that's blocking the connection.
