Need to connect using BOTH Keyfile AND Password

I need to connect to an sftp server using both a keyfile and provide a password. There doesn't appear to be a Logon Type within Connection Manager that allows me to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions/configurations/other product options that support this function? The connection is to a financial institution, so revising their key/password requirement is not an option.

Have you yet tried putting the key file into the settings dialog and leave the logon type as Normal in the Site Manager?
