cant uninstall filezilla
i cant delete FileZilla from desktop etc even though files are empty

Would help mentioning what hardware and OS you use. PC? Windows? Linux? MacOS? Your toaster or fridge?
Please, think about it - we have no idea what your specs are, and a "Desktop" exists on all OS mentioned above (although I'm not sure about the toaster/fridge
).
As a general advice - reboot and try again. Usually, that already helps because files aren't locked after a fresh start.
