Only my computer can not access sftp.

On my computer, ssh was connected via filezilla and putty via sftp connection.
At first the connection was good.
At this time, PuTTY has executed service mysqld restart and service httpd restart commands.
After that, ssh is connected but sftp is not connected.
On other computers, both are connected.
Only! My computer does not have sftp connection.
I will wear it.
Please help me.
