Dear Sirs,
Yesterday I was unable to obtain a connexion through FileZilla , the reason was " no secure " I asked my supplier to secure my web site and now I have the following reply from FileZilla
Statut : Résolution de l'adresse de familles.jpkessedjian.fr
Statut : Connexion à 217.160.0.202:21...
Erreur : Connection interrompue après 20 secondes d'inactivité
Erreur : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur
Statut : Attente avant nouvel essai...

There is no FTP server (nor SFTP server) responding at that address. Looks like they are not done, yet?

I thank you for your reply . In fact I was in FTP and I asked my supplier to transform my web site in SFTP . I have had several changes to made and now everything is OK . Thank you for your help.
