Changing a password remotely

Hi Everyone, we have a FTP server and we have the ability to force users to change their Password on their first time login. However the users are having issues with being able to do this. Is there something we are missing on the Filezilla side?

The protocol simply has no support for this.

Actually running FTP Voyager we were able to accomplish this. Granted Voyager is part of Solarwinds so that could be something they deliberately included. However due to issues with FIPS and Voyager we moved over to Filezilla.
