Dropbox requires constant re-authorization

I have connected my FileZilla Pro to my Dropbox account, and everything seemed great, until I discovered that every hour or two, FileZilla Pro would stop uploading, and take me back to this page in Dropbox on my browser:
It pauses all uploading:
We are on an Advanced Team Plan, so we have unlimited API, and unlimited storage on Dropbox, and even then we're not near any storage limits of other types of accounts.
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what the solution is?
