I tried to install Filezilla 3.39.0, 64-bit as a Domain Administrator in Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit.
I was only given option to install for this user (Domain Administrator), even when I right-clicked on the install file and expressly chose "Run as Administrator". The "install for all users" button is greyed out.
I was able to install for all users when using a LOCAL Administrator account on the same computer. Is this a known bug? Intentional design?

Looks like your domain administrator account simply lacks local administrative rights.

Re: cannot install for all users as a Domain Admin in Win10
Unlikely as I just added a new local user using the same account.
Not to mention I just finished installing 20 other programs, for all users, without issues, using the same account.
Also, if my Domain Admin lacked local Administrator rights, then wouldn't a dialog box appear requesting Administrator credentials when I choose the "Run As Administrator" option?
