Novice user here. I work with a firm that posts files to a set FTP site each day. I'm trying to figure out a way to download all of these files at a set time each day. Can someone direct me to the place within FileZilla to set automatic instructions. Thanks.

You can stop searching. FileZilla is designed for interactive use, it doesn't support automatic/scheduled transfers at all.
