Hi there,

I have all my static files for my domain uploaded onto FileZilla and hosted on BlueHost. However, I haven't used the FileZilla client in a while and forgot my password. Is there some way for me to recover my password, or is there some other recommended way for me to access my server on FileZilla so I can start updating my domain? Thanks in advance.

Which password exactly did you forget? The only password that's set in FileZilla directly is the master password (if used).

For the password to the hosting company FTP server, the best option would be contacting their support to have it reset. Sometimes you can reset it yourself in their control panel. Note that this password is set on their server, Write the new password down on a piece of paper (the physical type!).
Login data is stored non-encrypted (only base64 encoded) in the configuration file, unless master password is used. You can use any offline base64 decoder to reveal it.

The master password in FileZilla cannot be recovered if forgotten. You can only remove it, and it wipes all password information from the Site Manager.
