Failure attempt connection

Hy,
I have a problem when I connect to my site, i have this message (in french):

Résolution de l'adresse de fouzi.esy.es
Statut : Connexion à 31.220.104.89:21...
Statut : Échec de la tentative de connexion avec "ECONNREFUSED - Connexion refusée par le serveur".
Erreur : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur

I try a lot of solutions but none has worked (edition->assisant-test...)

I put the protocol in ftp, and the encryption in tls if avaible.

Please help me, thanks.

There simply is not working FTP server at that address and port.
