Can't install Filezilla Client

Hello, i've been having some issues installing Filezilla Client, when i start the installer, i accept the terms and conditions and then it says "Loading Data, this will only take a brief moment." Then closes itself without any error message.

I've searched the internet for answers since yesterday but haven't found anything to fix my problem so i came here

For information, i've installed filezilla server and it worked perfectly but uninstalled it later because i didn't need it anymore.
I've made a CCleaner scan and registry fix thinking it was just one bad install at first and i have no antivirus apart from Defender.
I'm on Windows 1803 professional.
