Local file search

I want to upload only certain files from a directory and its subdirectories.

So I clicked the binoculars, chose local files, added my search criteria (filename contains no "-") and then I click Search. The result is 17000 files and directory names. Now I want to upload them - so I select them all, rightclick and choose Upload. And then there are suddenly 200,000 files in my waiting list.... That is all files below my directory.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get only the files I want?

Did you search only files or also directories? In the latter case adding the found directories to the queue also adds their contents to the queue.
