Hello,
I am trying to download a backup of my site from bluehost.com and I have an /wp-content/uploads folder that is over 10,000 files big and filezilla will only show 9,996 how do I get it to show more files? I need to be able to download them all.

Contact your server's support (Bluehost). They have intentionally configured their server that way. Only they can change that.
