I have to uninstall the fizella application to reinstall it later. I would like to know how to back up the information contained in the site manager.

Uninstalling doesn't remove any configuration files. You can always use the File - Export... feature for getting backups. Alternatively, make a backup of the configuration directory (%APPDATA%\FileZilla on Windows, ~/.config/filezilla on *NIX/Mac).
