Corrupt Image transfers

I have a new windows 10 laptop. Images are being corrupted on transfer to the server. Image size is the same on client and server. With PNG file a get the top 25% of image showing and bottom 75% black. With JPG I get a small box or the middle of the image distorted. I have used the auto file type and also binary with the same results. Installed FileZilla, uninstalled, reinstalled and updated to 3.41.1. I am using Kaspersky Total Security 2019. I do not have this problem with any other machine. Is there any setting within windows that can be causing this problem? If you upload the same file twice, is the corruption in the same place or is it seemingly random?

When I do a transfer all the images per type jpg or png corrupt similarly. if I upload twice the corruption is the same per image ie. www.keymateinc.com/images/bc/pliers.jpg and www.keymateinc.com/images/bc/pliers1.jpg.
All the JPEGs shift rows and PNGs show top 25% and black bottom 75%.
