unable to download, windows defender "took action"

windows defender is blocking my attempts to download filezilla. Why would defender view filezilla as suspicious? is there anything i can do about this? is there anyting filezilla can do to make defender less suspicious?

As long as you download FileZilla through https://filezilla-project.org/ it is free of malware. You need to contact Microsoft and report this false-positive.
