When attempting to download some files, there are characters which make it impossible to do so. FileZilla only converts SOME characters. In this case the semicolon and control characters are not converted. My suggestion is to provide a wider variety of filenames to the simple underscore("_") character.
The attached XML file shows some of the filenames I encountered.

None of these characters is illegal in local file names. You could manually edit the local file names in the .xml and try transferring the files, you will see that it won't change a thing.
