Can't upload huge File

I've been trying to upload a 380mb file to a Server, but Filezilla keeps stopping the upload at around 30%(130mb) of the upload. After that it just tries to continue and asks me to overwrite the existing file. So it only uploads that one file into 3 seperate files, but with the same name, so I only can overwrite the exisiting one. Ive tried everything i could and i still have no idea what that suddenly happens. Some time ago i uploaded the same file with the same size, but without that problem. I have no idea what could fix this.

What does it say in the message log?
