Hello,
I have always used cyberduck for FTP, just because it's familiar. My webhost requires "Implicit" Encryption, which is not supported with cyberduck, as they consider it deprecated. However, it is still supported with Filezilla.
However, I have been unsuccessful at connecting to their server.
I have disabled my firewall, uninstalled virus software. I'm wondering if my modem/router is blocking it? I have no clue if that's even possible.
I have been on the phone with our sites tech support with 3 different people, to no avail. So they escalated my issue.
Any advice from the folks on this forum would be really appreciated. Here's a screenshot of my attempt to connect: P.S. they recommended port 990, and I tried port 21

That's an odd username, did you accidentally include your password in your username?

My best guess is an incorrect server configuration.
