Internal Server Error / files currently being edited

I edited some of my remote files and save them and they have been transferred successfully, but when i open my website it shows this error
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."

I'm sure that there is nothing wrong with my files so i went back to filezilla and figured out the all my remote files are currently being edited
I tried to click "unedit" but still my website is not working

Then the Internal Server Error must have nothing to do with you having changed the files through FileZilla.
