I am a user of FileZilla, and I met some terrible bug. When I wanner log in the program, however some error occured, which showed " Connection timed out after 20seconds of inactivity, the service can not be connected".

There's no bug, your server was simply not reachable at the time you tried. Try again some time later, and check that you are not blocked by a firewall.

I tried several times, it sill can not be connected. And I checked firewall, not blocking.

SFTP is not handled by FileZilla.exe, it is handled by fzsftp.exe. This executable also MUST NOT be blocked in any way.

Edit: I also tested and it is not your side - the server doesn't work, it seems. I'm also getting timeout.

You must contact your hosting provider, as it's their server.

You also may have to check if the port you used (or omitted) is correct. Many providers run their SFTP server on ports different from 22 and you must also enter the port in that case.

To specify another port, use the corresponding field to enter it.
