I use Filezilla to upload files to my website. Initially experienced login issues but resolved this. I load mp4 files and can load a file TS101VIDEO.mp4 but can't load TS101AVIDEO.mp4. Note the difference in file names. A transcript example is illustrated above.

Your client is badly configured, please study the Network Configuration guide.

In addition you lack the permission to upload a file under that name to that location.
