Reproduce:
- Top-menu --> Display --> hide quickconnect-bar (uncheck)
- Top-menu --> Display --> show quickconnect-bar (check)

Do you have an Intel (or old AMD) GPU? Especially some Intel GPUs have massive UI glitches in FileZilla. Try to connect to a server, if the log overflows into the toolbar, Bingo!
