Getting 530 Error...can I remove an Update?

Hello,

Just updated my Filezilla and it has screwed up everything. It will not let me on, even though I am using the same information that I have used for a year and a half with the site.

Please advise...below is the codes.

And when you advise...please explain it so that I can fix it and not need an advanced tech specialist.

Wrong username and/or password for that host. Please double-check your login credentials, watch out for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance if the issue persists.
