Filezilla client not shutting down windows 10 after completion of transfer queue

#1 Post by RollingHOP » 2019-06-15 19:15

I'm running Filezilla 3.42.1 on Windows 10
FileZilla Client

Version: 3.42.1

Build information:
Compiled for: x86_64-w64-mingw32
Compiled on: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
Build date: 2019-05-08
Compiled with: x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc (GCC) 6.3.0 20170516
Compiler flags: -g -O2 -Wall

Linked against:
wxWidgets: 3.0.5
SQLite: 3.26.0
GnuTLS: 3.6.7

Operating system:
Name: Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit edition
Version: 10.0
Platform: 64-bit system
CPU features: sse sse2 sse3 ssse3 sse4.1 sse4.2 avx avx2 aes pclmulqdq rdrnd bmi2 bmi2 adx lm
Settings dir: C:\Users\RollingHOP\AppData\Roaming\FileZilla\
When I use the auto shutdown after completion of the transfer queue, windows won't shutdown.
I've played around and found that it won't shutdown if windows is locked, which I always do after I'm done with my computer.

Both the auto shutdown or reboot options won't work if the screen is locked. It won't work if I run Filezilla as admin either.

Interestingly, both will work fine if windows isn't locked.

I've also found a workaround. If I use the "run a command" option instead and use windows "shutdown /s" or "shutdown /r" commands it will work fine whether windows is locked or not.

Is there a solution? Is that a bug?
