Hi, I am having the following problem..

Status: Connecting to met-cluster.rdg.ac.uk...
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=8
Command: open "mf822845@met-cluster.rdg.ac.uk" 22
Command: Pass: ************
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Any help?

There seems to be no SFTP server on that address. You need to contact them if they offer SFTP access and, if so, how you can connect.
