Cant connect to FTP from specific PC

Hello there,
im using correct login (it works on different ip) but on my pc at home im not able to get to the ftp server. I have tried switching off firewall but it didnt help. On ftptest.net it says Make sure your server allows FTP over TLS and has a valid certificate configured.
Some stateful firewalls filter the AUTH command. If that should be the case, replace the faulty firewall.
Do you know any solution? Thanks
