OneDrive Authentication loop Issue

When I make a connection through Filezilla to OneDrive I am asked to login, That works fine but I get the you need admin approval. After working with our Local and Corporate IT admins we have been running into an endless loop. Basically when the admins login it brings him back to the page saying Admin permissions are required. We have confirmed that his account is an admin account.

We do use 2 factor Authentication but that seems to be work and we are getting through to the end. I am using a windows PC and after watching the Videos it says that on a MAC a window should open up. Any help is greatly appreciated.
