Hi, what is the Permission Profile (user:group rwx) for the files on www directory server (Apache, for instance), for a good (wise) security policy?

That question would be best asked in an HTTP forum. General advice: Keep everything read-only for the public, and don't expose configuration files at all.

Please note a few things:

1. These are filesystem permissions and might be different from how the web server handles things (for example directory directives in Apache).
2. The displayed information is generally unreliable. Servers might send broken/wrong/bogus data, or none at all. There are no official standards.
3. That whole functionality is not standardized and, as such, is not an FTP feature. Keep that in mind, if and how it works is not guaranteed.
