Download Issue - Information incomplete

Hello and good morning.

Just discovered that my download is not downloading all of the information like it did previously. I am downloading adverse action letters, normally the customers Full Name and Full Address downloads fine. On 7/15/2019 the downloads come through without the customer address and this is required.

Any ideas as to the fix would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what you are referring to. Please note that FileZilla does not touch the file contents at all (except from line ending conversion if transferred as ASCII, see Data Type).
