I'm using mack, I "sought" fezilla pro in AppStore - the trial period begin, but I can open a Fezilla, which means I cannot use it and I cannot unsubscribe. In 6 days you will take money for that. I don't want tu be subscribe because the app simply doesn't work. I feel cheated Can you unsubscribe me?

Subscriptions can be managed in your app store account preferences, you have been told this at least three times before making any subscriptions. Once in the app store terms you must have accepted before being able to use the store, once inside the app before subscribing, and once more in the subscription confirmation dialog shown by the store.
