This is a first for me, but I'm hoping somebody might be able to help. I'm in the process of moving a large Wordpress site across from another provider. I've uploaded all files and folder using Filezilla without any errors and failed uploads. However, as you will see from the image linked below the server side column is missing 2 folders and over 600 images. I've tried re-uploading the files and again all went up without issue but I'm still missing the two folders and 600+ images.
When I check cPanel, file manager, weirdly, all sub folders are showing so I can't work out why they aren't showing in Filezilla? Anyone else had a similar issue?
I've never seen this previously in 10 years of use.

Your server administrator has intentionally or through negligence configured the server to limit the amount of files it shows to you.
Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that the server can be fixed.
