my Fillizilla always asks if he should upload changed files to the server .. I can always turn off this question .. and always standard moderately answer Yes.
So that my FTP transfers the stuff by default .. I need that very often and still make another click is about my age about doff ...

Unfortunately it is not possible to programmatically detect when it is safe to upload a modified file. This is something the user has to tell FileZilla, as only the user can know how the software changing the file behaves.

That stuff belongs to a museum. We are at version 3.44.2 ATM.
