Last week, I cuold not connect to the server for an hour. Since this morning,I have not been able to connect to the server: "Fehler: Network error: Connection refused. Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen." What can I do?

Server outage perhaps? What's your server administrator or server hosting provider saying about this?

not at all. Any other functions and connections are okay. It is no problem with the server (T-Online). It is really important, not just for fun!!

Doesn't mean anything. Protocols and services are independent and often located on different physical servers, even. So, if the FTP server software (or the physical server running the FTP server software exclusively) stops working intermittently, other services are not affected.

If it stops working again, test the server using the https://ftptest.net site. If the test fails, the FTP server's on the fritz.
