filezilla 3.x and filezilla 2.x xml-file

hello filezilla
thanx for the new version. draging files from filezilla to desktop or explorer-windows is what i was waiting for. now i have a problem for transferring my servermanager xml. i was not asked if i want to work on xml or on registry. and filezilla 3.x does not find my filezilla 2.x xml. can you help
