how to save settings made under menue "view" ?

hello guys

when i make changes in the view-menue and i.e. clear "Local Treeview" , "Quick Connect Bar" or other options, and then restart FileZilla, the settings were not saved. So i have to make the changes every time i start FileZilla.
Is this the normal behaviour or how can i change this ?

i use latest version of FileZilla and i tried both, storing the settings in a XML-File and in Registry without success.

Any help is much appreciated.

No, as every change I make in the View menu is properly saved. Saving these is the proper behavior.

Setting kiosk mode to 2 in fzdefaults.xml can prevent saving changes, but I do not think that's the issue, here.

Are you on a 32bit Windows OS?


Please note that FileZilla does never use the Registry for settings. The old FileZilla 2.2 allowed this, but it's gone for many years now.
